How does The Service Work?
Keyline works as a virtual office or as an extension to your existing business. We provide a vital platform for businesses to grow quickly with freedom & flexibility to adapt to the changing business circumstances. Keyline can handle your business calls on permanent basis or on demand during busy periods or out of office hours. Call can be diverted to your PA through placing your phone or switchboard on divert or Keyline can issue you with any UK area code number of your choice.
What information do I need to register?
To subscribe to our service we require 2 forms of ID, Your personal and business contact details, a brief outline of your business, how you would like your PA to answer your calls, how you would like the messages passed on i.e. phone, SMS, email etc, chose a price package, send the initial payment.
How long does it take to set up?
Once we have received the necessary information to register and your initial payment we can set up your account within 2 hours and your service will be ready to commence.

How do I divert my landline to your office?
Most phone systems allow you to divert your phone to any standard UK number by simply typing a code by using your phone's keypad. You'll need to contact your telecom provider directly to register for a divert service and they will advise you how to set it up.
An example of the BT call diversion facility is:

Do you charge for unsolicited & nuisance calls?
No, Keyline does not charge for unsolicited sales or nuisance calls. We only charge you for genuine calls that relate to your business.
Can I change my service package?
Yes, if at any time you feel you business circumstances have changed for whatever reason you my upgrade or downgrade your service package.
Does the same PA answer my calls all the time?
Calls may be answered by any one of our fully trained PAs. PAs that are not trained or allocated to your campaign will not be answering your calls.
Can you send my messages to more than one contact?
Yes, Keyline can send messages to more than one contact. Just let us know their details and we will keep them informed.
How am I billed?
You are invoiced on the 1st of every month and payment is through standing order.
What are your opening hours?
We are open 7 Days a week. Monday - Friday 8am - 7pm. Saturday & Sunday 10am - 5pm.
If you are looking for coverage outside these hours please call us to discuss your requirement.
How do I cancel my service?
You can cancel your service at any time by giving just one month written notice unless agreed otherwise.
