Keyline’s Multiline Bureau has the ability to receive many simultaneous calls and for callers to hear what is being promoted, with the ability to leave a personal message or order, enabling the information provider of the service to download by way of a simple process of dialling up and listening to responses 24 hours a day, seven days a week

• Callers dial a National Rate Telephone Number
• Messages are retrieved via a National Rate Telephone Number
• Introduction boxes are of twenty-minute duration
• Message boxes(1-10) are of 20 minute duration, each with a pin code facility built in.

 

Each message box has further levels, all complete with the optional / security pin facility.
