Cardholder not present transactions

We provide a "Cardholder Not Present" transaction processing service which is based entirely on our own Credit Card Processing Software.
This has been specifically developed to allow not only transactions from the usual sources to be processed but also allows us to fully integrate with our own telephony services and the Internet to provide a unique opportunity for our customers to enhance their business prospects by exploiting any of several different methods at the same time.Automated credit cards

Any customer having a merchant account with one of our approved Acquiring Banks may use our services for their transaction processing.

We offer single or multiple sub-accounts based on either a single merchant account or combination of merchant accounts.

All of the transactions we process are done in real-time normally taking a few seconds but depending on the method being used and the source of the transactions there will be some variation. All authorised transactions are processed in a file submitted to each acquirer overnight.

We do not charge for declined transactions or refunds

Customers have secure web access to all of their transaction logs and reports, may download data and also acquire it by means of http requests.

Merchant Information

Our choice of Acquiring banks, with whom we deal directly, is the result of customer demand and as such is sufficiently comprehensive to ensure that we can offer services to the majority of UK merchants.

If you do not yet have a merchant account we can provide you with the contact details for your choice of Acquirer and will be pleased to discuss and help with your application.

It is important that you obtain the correct type of merchant account for the service you intend to provide because the Acquirers terms and conditions will generally reflect the source of the transactions, the risk posed to them and the method you will be employing.

Our software has been approved for use by the following Acquirers on behalf of their merchants:

The currency options currently available have evolved from the requirements of our existing customers. If you have a requirement for different currencies please let us know.

There are a large number of differently branded cards in use today but most of them have their origins with the following card scheme providers:

Internet

Integrated with customer web sites

You include the required data capture fields in your web site and simply send us the data to process. Your web site can then be programmed to respond to the different codes that are returned as a result of each transaction.

Configurable Secure payment page available

If you prefer you can send us data about the products being purchased which will activate a secure web page for your customer to complete with their credit card details. We send an e-mail confirmation to your customer if successful and then return them to your web site.

Bespoke integration with Telephony payment services

We can provide a fully configurable Interactive Voice Response (IVR) service which prompt the caller into providing any information you require and processing a credit card payment real-time and automatically. Often this can be integrated with your own web site, for example with subscription services involving the issuing of Account numbers an PINs used for controlling access to telephony services.

Continuous Authority Transactions

We are able to undertake repetitive transactions from retained card details providing the merchant has obtained the authority of the cardholder and that of their acquiring bank to do so. The card details are held by us in encrypted format on our secure servers and utilised by reference to a unique customer code. The details remain confidential and are not disclosed to anyone other than within the established and secure transaction processing network.

Teephony Automated IVR Credit Card Payment Service

 

 

Service Outline For Small and  Large Companies 

 

 

 

Callers will be greeted with an appropriate prompt for your Company and then advised of the bill paying process using their credit or debit card.

 

Data Capture:

 

The caller will be prompted to enter their invoice number and or their customer number together with the amount they wish to pay (numeric digits only). They will then be taken through the process of paying by either debit or credit cards and prompted for those details automatically. The caller will get up to three opportunities to get their details correct before being passed to the failed attempt handling process.

 

Successful outcome:

Once the payment has been authorised and confirmed the caller will be advised accordingly and given a payment reference number (actually the unique call log reference so that the call can be specifically identified if necessary).

 

 

 

The caller will be advised of the failure and asked if they would like to speak to an operator. If yes then they will be put through to a designated contact number at the customer organisation.

 

 

 

Either the customer can collect the transaction data, have individual payments notified by e-mail or a bespoke report can be be created and supplied on demand or by e-mail at intervals.

 

Credit Card Transactions:

The credit card transactions will be available to view and download from the secure customer area of the web site. Both individual transaction logs and summary reports are available her.

 

The customer will have a merchant account from a recognised acquirer with whom we have established the basis for transacting on behalf of the merchant. The customer will obtain a MMID account with RealCredit who do the payment processing on the merchant’s behalf.

 

All transactions are processed “Real-time” and a settlement file is uploaded to each acquirer on a daily basis. The total value of authorised transactions up to the daily cut-off point will be included in each file. The content of each file is available to the merchant. Payments are made to the merchant by the acquirer on the basis of the agreement that exists between them.

 

Refunds of original transactions may be made from within the secure web site.

 

 

Call Center functionality:

Fully automated processes can be established to both acquire data from a customer’s database to facilitate bill paying and to update them with acquired data.

 

Integration with the customers systems:

We do offer a PCI compliant solution for call centers utilising PC/IP connectivity and web interface. Any transactions are fully integrated with the customer’s MMID account with us.
